OUR CHEF Chef Adam Jadid obtained his culinary degree from the prestigious Kendall College in Chicago, IL, USA in 2008. He worked in Paris, France with the Hyatt Regency hotel and in Chicago with the 5 stars Ritz Carlton hotel and then with the iconic five diamonds Peninsula Hotel. Chef Adam then traveled back to Europe and helped with establishing one of the first American inspired pastry shop in Granada in southern Spain.
Along with his culinary degree, Chef Adam also has a masters degree in hospitality management and a bachelor of science degree in management information system
